Art Therapy will improve your mental and physical health and may teach you a thing or two about different techniques. The less artistic skills, sometimes all the better as you will have no expectations of a masterpiece at the end. No expectations, no disappointments.

Usually, a therapy session is from 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. If you need longer, I will be there for you.

It may seem a little odd to do art therapy through telehealth, but it works the same as a face-to-face session. We both have our art materials handy, and the session is carried out just as it would be if we were face to face.

Yes. With group therapy and face to face sessions, I wil bring along everything you will need. With telehealth, I will send you a pack of art supplies if need be.

100% confidentiality is guaranteed. As a professional, the only time that this may sway, is If I have concerns of harm being inflicted on yourself or others.

I offer sessions under the NDIS approved limit. Please feel free to get in touch so we can discuss your financial situation. At this time, unfortunatleythere is no Medicare rebate. I am advocating for this to change!

No. The initial meeting is free of charge, We want to make sure we can work together. After we have decided this, you can stop anytime without any financial penalty.
